[Request and feedback] something like "whisper" from TeamSpeak

I had a conversation with Discord via direct message on twitter about this subject and it was recomended to post this here too:

I would like to know if Discord is going to have a feature like "Whisper" from TeamSpeak.

I honestly hate Team Speak so much, but I play Perfect World (Brazil) and all the guilds use TeamSpeak because of this feature. To explain why, there is something called "Trial", where different groups need to take care of different challenges and parts of the map. People need to be separated in chat groups (and this can be done on Discord), but they ALSO need to communicate with other groups to make everything work properly. 

For example: when I had my guild (the only one that used Discord instead of TS) we had to make a separate call on Skype with the group leaders using push to talk, so we could guide people and know what was happening in the other groups. This was very tiring for us, and we decided to close our guild because even if people were happy with discord (for everything else it is great, the only problem is the lack of a whisper-like feature), it made things too difficult for our staff and group leaders. 

We're now using TS in a new guild, but people miss Discord. Discord is absolutely better in everything, but the lack of this feature makes it unusable for game guilds. Is there any chance Discord will get a 'global voice' or anything that allows communication between chat rooms? Thanks in advance :^}
