Chromebook arrow scrolling

Could you please make it so that when you click on the chat or the server list, you are able too scroll up and down with the arrow keys? Currently, whenever you try to scroll on a chromebook, it's extremely frustrating and clunckey. Arrow scrolling would make it much easier to navigate using chromebook, and much less frustrating.
