Localized/Temporary text chat within voice channel streams
Would be great to have some kind of "stream chat" while someone is streaming a game to a voice channel within a server. Basically a temporary, localized text chat that is specific to that video stream. Maybe even an overlay for messages could be enabled for the streamer, so the streamer can see popups of messages for a few seconds over their game with a transparent message background.
Example: John, Sally, and Steve are all in a voice channel. John starts streaming a game to the voice channel. Sally and Steve join John's stream and they are able to access a stream chat while the stream is live. They do this by clicking a button on the stream GUI, like they would to adjust John's stream volume, as opposed to clicking on a text channel on the left-pane of Discord. Within this stream chat they can send messages that are only visible to John and to other people who are also watching John's stream. When John ends his stream, the chat is also gone.
EDIT: Also, maybe the streamer can choose to have the chat be available with an enable/disable chat setting in the video sharing settings.

It would be nice to have this as just a general thing for voice channels, rather than only when someone's screensharing. It'd allow muted users to still participate in the discussion without people needing to make a dedicated text channel for it. Perhaps there could be a setting for the server owner/admin(s) to decide how long the messages stick around in any given channel before being auto-deleted too. There could even be a toggle on the user's end for messages automatically being read as text-to-speech.
