Feedback form "How was your experience"

The current interface, when asking you for feedback on your voice call, presents three options. If I select the :/ face, I get a list of options which I don't really want to read. So then I click the :D face and don't have to think about it anymore... I think this is probably a pretty common reflex among people used to getting feedback forms. Maybe it would be better to get rid of the option to reselect the smiley face after choosing one? or just allow people to say :/ without saying why?
