Verified Bot Requests

When it comes to making verified discord bot requests like changing the Username or adding a gateway intent you HAVE to make a support request but something that discord doesn't provide the best help for is knowing what to ask for the request.

For most people, they will probably ask a "General question" or "Other Technical Issue" which for the Discord team it might be hard to manage when the request is for changing verified bot stuff.

 

So here's the request:

 

It would be nice to have an extra box on the Help and Support Ticket to ask a question for Verified Discord Bots requests, this can make it easier for both Discord staff and Bot devs!

  Hello
  I registered on my Firefox browser all go well.
  Then I downloaded the Discord app, unable to connect!
  He tells me my address is already in use!
  
  Yes the password too, it’s normal it’s my address!!!
  Unable to use Discord with the app, I spent hours searching and reading totally useless topics!
  The problem is clearly known, but remains unresolved.

   

  The bot really has a problem !
