Make "Party Halls"

Create a new property for the group of channels — "Party Hall". This property will mean that users in any subchannel will hear all channels on that group at reduced volume (or up to three up/down) so this will create a "party experience" when people making a some kind of ambient noise of talking crowd. For example: Group 1 - 5% volume Group 2 - 10% volume Group 3 - 15% volume Group 4 - 100% volume (user connected here) Group 5 - 15% volume Group 6 - 10% volume Group 7 - 5% volume So uses will hear at reduced volume what's happening around and move between channels just like people do at the parties migrating between groups of people.
