There should be a CLI for things like push to talk

On Wayland, global keybindings are managed by the window manager. This is done for security reasons, so no application can record all key presses done by the user. The window manager binds a key press to execute some command. For example, these keybindings map volume and media keys to execute pactl commands to control PulseAudio. If there was a command like:

discordctl --toggle-voice-enable

That could be bound to some key by the window manager, and used globally as a push-to-talk button. Ideally this command line interface would be able to control any action in discord that can be bound to some key press.
