Quality and Connection/Lag

Hello, 

I not only recently, but every time I go to turn my camera on or start streaming, it's so slow to load or just lag. Every time I am to leave the call, the system asks me how it was and I say horrible every time. This doesn't get better. I want to host study sessions and voice chat/video chat parties with my discord community. I can never host an event or stream in voice chat because of the lag and bad connection. It's most definitely not my WIFI. I have unplugged my WIFI box and retried. I have called the company to pay extra for faster reliable internet and WIFI. I have done it all. It doesn't help anything. So I am asking if there is something to make my stream and video run faster like the introduction video that introduced server video in the first place. That was fast. This may be a problem on my end, but I wouldn't know any other methods to try. I am on a pretty fast Mac 2007 desktop. If anyone has any other methods to try, I would appreciate it!
