Streaming on Mac looks weird

As I originally said:

I'm on a mac streaming on external 4k monitor and the windows discord client can see weird things as I move the windows around

If that matters, the apps on my screen is proxyman and iOS simulator

Streaming was set to 720p 30fps (free tier)

Also, if I stream a specific app is fine, only things to look strange when I stream my entire monitor
