Hacked / Unauthorized payment

Hello, 3 unauthorized payments were made to my account today.

My account has also been blocked by you
None of these payments were made by me, so I would ask you for my money back before I had to deal with my bank and the police.
I wrote you an email, but no response yet, so I would ask that this problem be solved.
