[Suggestion] @ intersections

The ability to @ people who only belong to the overlap of roles mentioned.

Example
On a server there are 2 roles [Role A] [Role B]
I think the ability to only mention the people who are in BOTH role A and role B but not the people who only have role A or role B would be incredibly useful.
It would work like the idea of intersecting groups in statistics (Visualized in the linked picture)
