@silent option for new reply system

@OFF setting in the reply system is only useful for someone actively chatting and it doesnt show in the @ tab for recent mentions. I think it would be nice either adding @silent or changing @OFF to function like a normal mention but in a passive way, such as no notification sound or popup, but displaying a red dot on the @ mention tab with the reply so they can come back and read it in their own time
