discord frozes other applications chat

Hello there,

I have an issue since I´ve installed discord. Unfortunately I was not able to find similar topic  already registered so I am creating a new post.

The issue is that when I play games and I try to put emoji (or just a the box) e.g. ':)' the whole application gets frozen and I am not sure what to do. Sometimes I manage to unfreeze it, but not sure how, sometimes I need to restart the whole application.

Any advice?

  If i add my friend's, the server will frozed
