Discord with limited data

it woud be very cool to add this. It basically allows users, who have limited data (not full data speed anymore) to still use discord, but with limits. Emojis dont need to move and groove and pictures or websites wont load or show a preview. So just to chat with other members. WhatsApp has already this function and it's very good (for me).
