Allow different Rich Presence configurations over IPC API

I want to implement a Rich Presence for VLC Media Player due to several user requests, unfortunately the IPC RPC API does not allow to specify any other `type` for the `activity` object, making it impossible to set the type to `Listening` or `Watching`. So it will display "Playing {name}", which is not ideal.

Additionally it is not possible to show a progress bar like Spotify can, and a custom background color can not be set either. Although this would just be a nice to have.
