Management of role tag in trade fairs

Add the possibility to mention or not roles in some text channels.

Let's say, I want to be able to mention people can mention people who have role "a" but not role "b" in the IT channel, and to be able to mention role "b" and not role "a" in the sharing channel.
Without, however, preventing mention of the role.
