choosing the frame an animated emoji displays on your status

hey!

this suggestion is pretty simple, and what it says in the title is what it is. just choosing the static frame that a status shows would be really nice, as some frames of animation aren't the best (such as smear frames, or generally unappealing ones). that's all, it's a pretty simple one
