Rethink notifications on windows

So since notifications seem to queue up (either by Discord itself or the windows notification system) and spam us individually until all of them had been shown by windows it would be a nice addition to let them auto-dismiss all queued notifications after our specified "push notification afk timeout" set under notifications and also from this time on don't queue any more notifications.
Also if possible auto dismiss multiple notifications on a server excecpt for the last message. If people start spamming the bottom right portion on the windows desktop becomes almost impossible to use as the notifications show up, stay for a while and then the next notification comes in.
Disabling notifications in this situation should dismiss all queued notifications as it currently does nothing to stop the incoming notifications. Enabling streamer mode does nothing aswell.

I was just trying to google a solution for this. When I have an 8 hour conversation on my laptop, I don't need it repeated to me ONE AT A TIME when I sit down at my desktop!

Man I would love if it was possible to kill the toast notifications when you already have focus on Discord. That's just stupid I mean: I am using Discord, say that I am typing a message, and the bloody Discord Notification toast pops up and it hides what I am writing. I am already on Discord I don't need a Discord notification overlaid on top of Discord itself! Makes sense? I'm surprised nobody else asked for this.
