Tweaks to Custom Status and Emojis

Custom Status Tweaks

• Allow server managers to disable custom statuses from displaying within the server (so server based profile popups, member list, etc.), either server wide, or via a Right Click event as a per user ordeal. There have already been many people advertising, showing porn (via Emojis), and being downright derogatory within Custom Statuses.
• Allow Custom Statuses to be able to hold Custom Emojis in the actual text line.
• Allow Markdown Formatting (bold and italics at the very least).

Emoji Tweaks

• A way for server managers to toggle whether a specific emoji they have uploaded is considered NSFW or not. As well as if an emoji is toggled as NSFW, that it is non-usable in channels that are not deemed NSFW. Possibly grayed out when trying to use it in the emoji picker if you aren't in a NSFW Channel.
