  Olá 💣βօmβ💣, entendo sua indignação, porém venho o informar que o discord tem a opção de "bloquear" mensagens de estranhos.
  
  Para fazer isto, basta você acessar as configurações do usuário, ir em Privacidade e Segurança e por final clicar em "Mantenha-me em segurança".

  To do this, just go to user settings, go in Privacy and Security, and finally click "Keep me safe".

  I cant believe either, I just want to mute a specific user call and messages not all the user (via do not disturb). There should be a feature

  I believe this should apply to group chats as well, i have no intention of blocking them or leaving, however they can call rather often so being able to mute calls would be great. Maybe adding more "mute notifications" options, i.e. mute text notifs vs mute calls or some type of hard mute for no notifications AT ALL from this chat/group

  It would indeed be quite nice to be able to mute the ringer of muted friends
