No Impersonating Policy - Preventing users from having the same name

Even though this may not be fun, I think it is important that Discord patch an update where if a user uses a name that a person has, it should prevent the user from having that name. 

The problem is that I use discord to chat with my school friends but they always like to do immature stuff like swearing and even posting nsfw. They like to impersonate that they are me and it gets into arguments and others won't believe me who I am.
