@pc&@battlefield would only mention those with both roles. For instance we have a server with pc and ps4 places in about equal numbers and some on both but without crossplay. An event that would be announce right now would mention almost everyone instead of just those who it is relevant to.

A not feature would be nice too but I can't think of a use case for it.

  @everyone!@muted would theoretically tag everyone except muted.
  @admin!@punished would tag all admins that haven't been punished?
