The new Chat UI is horrible

Who thought to fix something that wasn't broke? The darkening when you hover over a message is incredibly distracted and the lack of dividers make things incredibly hard to separate, especially if you're prone to having long posts. Plus, the reactions when you hover is REALLY annoying. I hardly ever react to anything, why do I need this??? It's a lot easier to just right click and react than deal with the weird darkening when you hover.

Please give us the option for the original or revert it back, it's really annoying to use and it honestly hurts my eyes a lot if I move my mouse a lot (which I normally do). The only thing I actually like from it is the additional timestamps, but even then, those can stay or go.

    I 100% agree hell they didnt even fix the problem with your most common used emojies not all showing when posting pics when using laptop screens and the red dot not always showing when you get a new message when you are tabbed out

    the chat was perfectly fine. Not a single thing to add or remove. Just revert it. the spacing is trash, the pop up emoji thing or whatever sticks out and is distracting.
