Suggestion regarding two-factor authentication

Since I almost got locked out of my own account (and many other users had the same problem) I thought it was a good idea to tell you that Google Authenticator is absolutely unstable and doesn't carry over the profile to a different device when you change it; the suggestion is to remove any affiliation with the app because it's actually dangerous to use it, Authy is in the suggestions as well and it's by far superior, at the very least you could suggest the latter with a higher priority (right now they're side by side as if there's no difference).

Thankfully I got my account back because I still had access to my old phone, but in the support process I got asked to IGNORE the prompt to enter a 6-digit password and enter one of the 8-digit backup codes I had access to: for the love of god change this as soon as possible, it's terribly counterintuitive and it must have slipped in one of the updates.

These are two quick and easy fixes, please, PLEASE, don't make a big deal out of this and just fix them.
