Accessibility Option Missing From Mobile (Dark Sidebar)

Hello, I recently updated my Discord mobile app to a newer version, and it has since become significantly harder for me to use. I rely on a high level of contrast to be able to use computer programs, including Discord, so having the standard black text on a white background is almost a necessity - however, it seems that the light theme has been given the same full-white background of the desktop app, which makes it really hard for me to tell which server is which (which is made worse by the fact that most of my servers use primarily white icons). This shouldn't be a huge issue, I thought, I just need to turn on "Dark Sidebar" like on desktop and I'll be back to using Discord normally. Unfortunately, however, it seems this option is not yet available on mobile. I'm sure there are many many others like me who rely on this feature to make Discord usable, so not having it makes using the mobile app significantly harder than it was before. Please consider porting this to mobile post-haste. And in the meantime, it wouldn't hurt to let me deal with the downsides of dark mode on mobile without forcing my desktop theme to dark mode as well. There really is no middle ground here - one of the two is always going to be hard to use, and that seems like a decently large UX oversight in 2020. I know you guys were pretty good about adding Dark Sidebar in a timely manner the first time, so I'm sure this won't be too long of a wait - it's just annoying to have to jump through so many unnecessary barriers to communicate with my friends that I never had to deal with before today.     Unfortunately yes - I had dodged it the first time by not updating, but unfortunately I had not realized it was coming to mobile until it was too late, and downgrading on mobile is exceptionally difficult.

    Had hoped the update I recieved recently would fix this.

    No dice.

    At least I can turn off theme syncing, so now desktop is fine while mobile is just hard to use not exceedingly difficult.

    Yet another update - this time one that specifically mentions light theme! Surely they must address this glaring usability issue!

    Unfortunately no, not yet, so we're all still waiting I suppose.
