[ AUDIO FEATURE ] The ability to individually choose an audio output for each user in a chat

Hello,

     I am cordially inviting Discord to add yet ANOTHER incredible feature that no other application has! What I'm looking for is the ability to choose where each individual user comes through on my system, audio-wise. 

For example: 

     Let's say I have an Astro Mixamp as my main device. I now have two audio streams going to my headphones - SPDIF and USB.

     Now let us assume I want to stream or record content, but some friends don't want to be broadcast but we also want to stay in a voice channel and have a great time playing Sea of Thieves.

     So I would change their output to be on the channel in OBS that is muted. This way I can still hear them, and talk to them but the OBS will not pick up their voices, but the people who don't mind being on stream will be on the unmuted audio channel in OBS. 

Basically, an audio mixer where I can decide who comes through on certain channels.

     Bonus suggestion: On Teamspeak you used to be able to move users around in 3D audio space in your headphones. Is that possible with Discord in the future?
