Discord Quality degrading over the last year

i've been on discord for about 3 years. when i joined i loved it and i moved most of my friends over to it. i've been recommending it as the perfect replacement for Skype Facebook and all other platform. especially since COVID 19 but over time it has gotten progressively worse to a point that if its not fixed soon i'm moving my friends, family and i to another platform. no matter what loopholes i go through to fix problems nothing works.  

1) on windows there is constant problems with audio devices not showing up. and when i do get them to work they don't switch. 

2) on Ubuntu it will give super loud static for the first 30 seconds of joining a call. then once that figured out it crashes every 20 minutes. 

3) on android it disconnects from my Bluetooth headphones. it also fails to send messages even when the the discord status site says everything is fine

4) the web version used to be my backup but now its not even connecting to vc most the time. when i final get it to connect everything is fine... for a bit. i often find my self talking with friends. and it will disconnect the audio. i can see them talking due to their green outline but no sound. ive tried on vivaldi, chrome, chromium, Firefox and edge.nothing fixes it.

5) on all 4 platforms i'm having trouble sharing my screen or camera/webcam. 

this is completely unacceptable. none of this was happening beforehand. the fact that its gotten so out of control is ridiculous. if this isnt fixed within the next month im leaving completely.
