Retain Server Nickname for DM's from users in associated server

I would like to suggest that the Nickname's set in a server be retained for direct messages from users in that same server.

For example, say a User 1 is joined in two servers:

Gaming server 1 - Username: xxGameRxx

Business Server 2 - Username: John Smith

If someone from "Business Server 2" DM's "John Smith", the usernames used in the chat is retained to the original name of the discord account, in this case "xxGameRxx"

A change to retain the nicknames from a server to server basis for DMs would be appreciated, thanks!
