"Contain within screen" option for desktop

I would love it if Discord on Windows had the option to be contained within your screen so that it can't go out of bounds.

What do I mean by that? I want to be able to grab the entire window, and when I drag it, it will never go further than the visible edges of the screen. So instead of this...

I want to drag the window into the corner, say the top-left, and the furthest it will go is that corner. Like this:

The current way to achieve this is to place the window in the middle of your screen, then resize from each edge one by one.

Another program I use (the RuneLite client for OSRS) has this feature and it is amazing. It makes it so quick to reposition the window when you want to rearrange your screen.
