Suggestion: Modify voicechannel volumes

Heyo all!

A friend of mine just came up with a insane idea and I want the credits for it (kidding).
What if there comes a new function that makes it possible to edit channel volumes instead of editing all the users induvidual. Its very handy for if you join general channels where earrapers can be in. 

So it will be possible to set the standard volume for all the users in a general channel to 30% and in a music bot channel to 100%.
