Move "Other Reactions" to the top

How is no one (including people on the discord team) that uses the discord desktop app or web app not tired of scrolling down through this hella long list of reactions to hit "other reactions" so they can type and search for a reaction to add to a comment in a chat? Just me? Seriously? I don't buy it. There's gotta be someone besides me!

Anyways, just move it to the top, problem solved!
