Camera recognized, but test video is black/cannot join calls with

-I am running Windows on my 2019 MacBook Pro using Bootcamp.
-Discord video works perfectly fine in macOS.
-Other applications in Windows recognize and can use my built-in camera.
-When I run Discord in Windows, it recognizes the MacBook's built-in camera (as the only camera option for video) and the camera turns on when I test video. However, the video is just black when I test video and I cannot use video during calls.

-macOS, Windows, and Bootcamp are all up to date.
-I have uninstalled and reinstalled, then restarted Discord.
-I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver for the camera.
-I have tried to run Discord on other versions of Windows based on this support page: https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360057858691-help-my-discord-gives-me-black-screen-SOLVED-

Any help to get video working in Discord would be appreciated!
