Pin Code to Make Calls

So, we all know that making accidental calls is a dangerous mistake to make. I suggest an optional pin to be able to be activated in settings so you are able to stop any accidental calls. Of course it would be optional, but it would be helpful. This especially applies to Android, as I have accidentally Video Called people too many tines to count.
