Server Discovery (and why it needs to be changed)

I understand the requirements needed to be eligible for server discovery, however i find it annoying that with smaller servers you are not able to get it. I think it would be good for most people to be eligible, as there are some great servers out there, which would be brilliant if more and more people could find it, but they dont fit the requirements, and that sort of puts a cap on how far you can reach with your server. Once you have reached your friend's friend's friend, your sort of stuck with a measly 20-30 people in your server, when you know that hundreds of people would enjoy it if they could search and find it.
