Input Mode switch in Push to Talk Only Channels

It'd be nice if I got into a "Push To Talk Only" channel, while I have Voice Activated selected, if I could use my selected PTT button without having to switch the modes. In other words, defaulting to PTT when Voice Activity is not available.
