Regards with calling

For the past while my friend and I have been having issues with calling. The call would lag constantly and even changing regions doesn't do anything. It always happens in Discord. Other programs don't lag in call except for Discord. Discord seems to always lag for me when I call my friend. Feedback would be nice to know if there is a reason why.
