can i talk with others rejoin and pls add middle east rejoin

i need to talk with my friend but he uses another rejoin like im using brazil and he is using Europe and im using brazil because its the only rejoin that i can hear with in my own server like music and others at my server and i check my internet and its good please inform me thanks for the support and i love u discord!!
