Keep the same position in text channel when new message has been sent.

So, when ur scrolling through a text channel and switch to another chat, and then go back again, it stays where u left off. BUT, when u do the same thing but a new message has been sent in the text channel, it scrolls all the way down to the text. Pliz fix :D
