VC sound is overdriven and distorted beyond the volume of 90%

Since longer period of time I have to set my voice chat volume for any kind of music bot to lower than 90%, this applies to users and everyone else though I'm not putting my effort to change it for each person.

Setting the volume any higher than about 89% makes the sound starting to be distorted as if it was already too much amplified beyond the limit, which is the weird and annoying part when it's obviously quiter than it normally should be and could be.

Not as big of a deal, yet I'd still ask if anyone can come up with an explanation to that.
