Screen going dark

While in a voice channel, my screen suddenly turns black and then goes back to normal multiple times. I'm not sure if it's a bug or not, but I would appreciate this issue being fixed, thank you!

  Yes what is the deal? Samsung note 9 phone. In vc game screen/phone goes black. Nonfunctional at this time. Help!
