Ability for discord to capture/suppress PTT

It would be great if Discord, similar to Mumble, could capture/suppress the PTT key so that it only activates in Discord. Within that implementation, it should be a toggle-able selection as to whether or not Discord captures/suppresses the PTT key.

ETA: so that if you use the '4' key as your PTT and you check that box, while Discord is open, pressing '4' won't do anything other than PTT
