Discord Screen Sharing Bitrate

Hey Discord, Old time user here.

Since not everyone have good internet it would be nice if we could have a slider on the screen sharing option to set up the bitrate we want to stream at. this option will help users with lower upload speed to still be able to share there screen with there friends and enjoy the sharing screen feature.

With the options today sometimes when me and other share the screen its hard to see what is going on and also the Robotic voice is coming in and out.
