Speakerphone not working

So whenever I'm in calls I have phone option on, and I can be heard by everyone but can barely hear them due to how quiet it is. But then I enable speakerphone and I can hear them, but all they hear is an echo and not my voice.

  lol, nvm.

   

  there is a speaker sound value in vc channel setting and in account setting, check both to make sure and try using a we client on a pc.
