Make an option to "auto-balance the User Volume of everybody in the voice channel"

Just an option that you check and can control the sound of all users in the channel with one volume bar.

  Yes please. This is the most irritating thing for me while using discord!

  I spend a lot of time balancing each user's volume yet someone always too quiet or too loud.

  At least some sort of a lazy compressor would be nice.
