"Who did this?" button in the reception box

When you are pretty sure you put all your servers on "mention only" (except some important channels like #admin, #nudes, #support, #support, #admin,...) and you suddenly hear a notification sound, without any 1⃣ showing, it can be hard to find out where it came from (and sometimes the post is erased right after so you'll never know). It would be nice to keep a track of this.
