Disable Calls

I think it would be a good idea to add a setting for discord accounts to get called by everyone, only friends or no one and a feature to disable calls completely (Not being able to join voice channels, you cant call anyone, no one can call you) Which would be useful if you are on mobile to not call someone by accident or join a voice channel without noticing and when they try a message pops up saying: "You disabled calling! If you want to call someone/join a voice channel then turn it off!" or something like that. If there are errors, sorry I am on phone and english isn't my first language

  Possibly related to https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360032551811-Blocking-Calls . If you haven't already upvoted that issue then doing so might help raise visibility.
