Sticker Moderation Needed

cool as this feature might be, there's no admin settings to restrict them, or control them on a per-server basis. That means opening up servers to unwanted content.

I want:
to use permissions to decide which channels allow stickers
to decide if stickers can be used from other servers or not
to be able to turn off stickers all together if I want.

There's also no way for me to turn off stickers that are moving gifs, which means they may trigger sensory issues. user-moderation to turn off gif-stickers and instead use a still image just like how gif-emojis and shared gifs are restricted is a must.
(edit) found a way to stop the gif motions but its not intuitive to find and not linked to other user image settings.discord could do way better at giving power to the users here.
