won't let me on server

I have 2 accounts and i have a server as well but it won't let one of my accounts on the server it says banned from guild and I don't know why. I already looked and saw the I don't have that account banned from the server, but it still won't let it on there. I don't know how to fix it.???

  Except for the alt I got banned from guild on another server out of the blue
