"2FA for Moderators" check in the API

So, here is the issue: I just noticed that Discord has no way to check if 2FA is enabled for Mods on a server. This can cause a severe vulnerability when using third-party Bots for Moderation, because they can't differenciate between users who enabled 2FA and users which do not. The solution would be to add a check for if the setting is enabled, and one for checking who uses 2FA and who not. This allows bots to be secure too when using 2FA. I feel like this is a must for security.
