Cant hear neither talk (The support said UDP issue??)

As the title says, i previously callee the support and they told me that they cant fix it and i need to contact my internet provider. The thing is every other communicating program is working fine but except for Discord. There must be a fix from there side. More details about the problem: - I can stream but no one will be able to watch it - i cant watch streams - ping doesnt show
